19 July 2013 this morning both Carolyn Byford-Smith and David Payne told me an orange site notice had been put up as TDC have received a planning application for a gipsy site in Kirby-le-Soken
Here’s the site notice
The location of the site notice is more than a little perculiar, it’s at ground level on the right bend sign as you leave the village going west.
And yes there does only appear to be one of them.
Is this a breach of planning procedure?
And villagers have been busy putting up notices too

So you can either attend the public meeting on 25 July
Or write to TDC

Or use the online commenting system

The reference is 13/00727/FUL
If you write a letter it would make sense to take a copy before you post it.
If you use the online commenting system remember to tick the box labelled “object”
(that is if you want to object – otherwise you comment may not be counted as an objection)
